It has been a BUSY few months for our Chapter.
On January 26, 2019 we held our annual fundraising gala, Light Up the Night, at Butterfield Country Club. Despite the snow and frigid temperatures, we had almost 300 guests in attendance. It was a wonderful evening, especially hearing the inspirational story of Amanda and Orlando Orellano. We are still tallying up the income and expenses, but based on early indications it was a very successful night!

After months of hard work, we have a social event planned on February 21 at Nail Fairy in Westmont where our members will be able to socialize and also able to purchase
a manicure or pedicure.

Planning has also started for our annual progressive dinner. Details to come…
We had another successful luminaria season generating over $20,000 in profit. It is amazing what we can do with over 50,000 candles and paper bags!
